The location of the hotel was amazing, just a short walk through a beautiful garden and over the dunes to a stunning beach. the area was protected and had become a nature reserve, which meant no more building near the landscape. We were surrounded by lovely trees and flowering shrubs, it was like a little paradise. the hotel also provided great amenities like air conditioning and efficient Wi-Fi, making our stay even more comfortable.
We did have a few issues during our time in the area. There were some ants in the apartment that got into our food containers, but we managed to deal with them.

we had a really great stay in kakovatos near to different supermarkets as well as shops and restaurants. it had stunning location, within 20 minutes walk from paralia kakovatos.

Stayed at a place with WiFi, A/C, and access to a garden. Wow, what a luxury! I even got a continental breakfast. Feeling like royalty here!
Just loved the exquisite dining area with the charming tile/marble floor. not. And the seating area?

Clean rooms, comfortable beds, and a helpful host. Close to a beautiful and quiet beach, with supermarkets and good restaurants nearby. Enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and the lovely garden. Great value for money.

I had such a wonderful stay at Potokia Rooms in Kakovatos! The location was perfect, just a short walk through the beautiful garden and over the dunes to the fine beach. The apartment itself was cozy and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The host, Eleni, was attentive and friendly, always making sure I had everything I needed. The cleaning service was great, with the cleaning lady doing an excellent job every third day. The Wi-Fi worked well, allowing me to stay connected. I highly recommend Potokia Rooms for a calm and relaxed vacation.
